The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) is currently performing the Northerly Crossings Corridor Congestion Mitigation Study to identify existing transportation conditions, future needs and potential problems and to develop a range of conceptual alternatives to mitigate deficiencies.  The following DRJTBC bridges are the focus of the study:

This website will be utilized to communicate study information to the public.  Additionally, public meetings will be held throughout the course of this 18-month study.  Materials available on the website will be available in hard copy format at each of the three (3) DRJTBC toll facilities in the project area.
